Renewing your membership
During 2023, the Club updated all its Admin Systems to make use of SCM (Sailing Club Manager). This on-line environment is now ready for 2024-25 membership updates and renewals.
Therefore, renewing your membership should be very easy, using the new Membership Portal.
Simply click the Log In button at the top right of this page, enter your email address and password and log in. (No password? Click the link to ask for a new one, and then check your Junk Mail for the reply. Or ask firstname.lastname@example.org for a new password).
You will then be able to see the new Member Portal Page, which gives you access to all your Profile, membership information including your duties (not yet implemented), boats, dinghy park spaces and crane keys, bookings (entries for open events, social ticket purchases, etc) as well as your membership renewal. The full list of recent Broadside emails are also available at the bottom of the page.
Please check and update any information within your Profile, check your boat names and numbers, dinghy park spaces and crane key options. Also, please check the Membership Type (especially if Junior members are getting older!) and Confirm the Membership for 2024/25. Then pay the correct fees - any Invoices will be marked as PAID once the Membership Renewal process is completed.
If things are NOT as you expect - SORRY. Please contact SCM Admin using the email address: email@example.com and explain what should be there! This may be things like: dinghy park spaces registered to someone else within the Family membership.

Membership Renewal for 2024-25 can be achieved by filling in the Membership Form here: MEMBERSHIP FORM 2024.docx and returning it to the Membership Secretary (Ian.Colby@ntlworld.com), or by post as shown on the form.
