Winter Training

Graham Colam of Oulton Broad Water Sports Centre has agreed to run a training day for dinghy sailors who are keen to build confidence and practise their skills on Saturday 28th February. 

The day is aimed very much at the group of hardy sailors who have been sailing whenever they can on Saturdays and weekdays in recent weeks but its also open to others including those who have recently changed class and would benefit from sailing under the expert eye of OBWSCs chief instructor and coach.

Its suitable for double-handers as well as single-handers.

The cost is still to be confirmed but likely to be £15 per person. The provisional plan is to have boats ready to launch by 11.00 am and sail until about 3 pm. The clubhouse can be open for hot drinks.
